Replacement Policy

At Marko Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

Important Policy Statement

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preferences, sizing concerns, compatibility issues, or orders placed by mistake.

Replacements are only offered in cases where the error is from Marko Pakistan, including:

Receiving a completely wrong product
Receiving a product that does not match the description or images displayed on our website
Receiving a defective or damaged product (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
Missing items in the package due to our packing error

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof for all replacement claims. Claims submitted without an opening video may not be accepted.

In eligible cases, we will arrange a replacement only. No refunds and no exchanges will be provided.

To qualify for a replacement, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition
Be returned with original packaging
Include all tags, accessories, and contents received with the order

What Is Not Covered

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the product
Size issues or ordering the wrong size
Compatibility issues with customer devices or accessories
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by customer handling

How to Claim a Replacement (If Eligible)

Contact us immediately after receiving your order.
Provide your Order Number along with a clear explanation of the issue.
Share supporting photos and the complete unboxing video.
Our team will review and verify the claim.
If approved, you will be guided through the replacement process.

Customers are responsible for returning the product to our designated address. Once the item is received and verified, a replacement will be processed.
