We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, personal preferences, or compatibility issues.
Replacements are only offered in cases where the mistake is from Marko.pk, such as:
- Receiving a completely wrong product
- Item not matching the description or images shown on our website
- Product damaged on arrival (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)
- Opening video is required as proof at the time of unboxing
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement only (no refunds). The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

- Orders placed by mistake
- Items used or damaged due to customer handling
How to Claim a Replacement (If Eligible)
- Contact us immediately after receiving your order if you believe there has been a mistake.
- Provide your Order Number, details of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.
- Our team will verify the case and guide you through the next steps.
- Replacements will only be processed once we confirm the mistake was from Marko.pk.
- Customers must return the product to our address; after receiving and verifying, we will initiate the replacement process.
