Marko.pk offers electronic gadgets, accessories, and related products for purchase within Pakistan. By using our website, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Order Policy

We accept orders from all over Pakistan.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is our standard payment method.
Customers receive a 3% discount on the invoice when paying in advance for orders.
Orders can be canceled at the time of confirmation only.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Orders can also be canceled through a web call.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, including TCS, PostEx, and Leopard.
Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on the location.
Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for advance payment orders confirmed before 12:00 noon.

Returns/Refund/Replacement

At Marko.pk, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy. Replacements are only offered in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered
Item not as shown on our website
Product damaged on arrival (must be reported within 24 hours with an opening video)

Replacements are processed only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.
